• DA concept stormwater drainage system including the provision of on-site stormwater detention (OSD) and basement subsoil drainage to meet Ryde Council requirements

New Duplex – Cumberland Council

• DA concept stormwater drainage system including the provision of on-site stormwater detention (OSD) to meet Cumberland Council requirements and consideration of minor overland flooding

Stormwater Design – House, Central Mangroves NSW

• Stormwater drainage plan for rural dwelling.
• Special consideration was required to ensure that stormwater disposal had no impact on the on-site wastewater disposal system

Drainage investigation – Glenmore Park NSW

• Existing drainage system would overflow in minor storm events and garage would flood.
• Provided cost effective recommendations to upgrade roof drainage system to comply with AS3500.3 and measures to direct emergency overflows away from the garage

New Duplex – Baulkham Hills

• Completed 2D flood modelling for pre and post development scenarios including hazard identification,
• Provided report to demonstrate compliance with Council DCP flood risk management controls.
